Pam Court Realty was first established in January 1998 by husband and wife team, Bob and Pam Court.

Pam and Bob moved to the Sunshine Coast from New Zealand with their family in 1988. It didn’t take long for them to discover the suburb of Mountain Creek, purchasing a house and land package in 1990. Pam began working with the developers of Mountain Creek, John Heaney & Associates, selling properties and helping with the development of the area’s Mountain Creek real estate market.

Pam worked with John Heaney & Associates for 8 years and witnessed first-hand the growth of Mountain Creek real estate, from a small housing development with dirt roads and dense bushland to the thriving community it is today. Mountain Creek now offers a sought-after lifestyle, with first-class schools, a local TAFE, world-class golf course, tennis centre, Woolworths shopping precinct, a tavern, and more.

Opening Pam Court Realty in 1998, it didn’t take long for the office to become the local leader in Mountain Creek real estate sales and rentals. The agency quickly became an active part of the community, proudly sponsoring school and sporting events. After 13 successful years, Pam and Bob took a short break, but it wasn’t long before they returned to the Mountain Creek real estate scene in May 2015, and the community welcomed them back with open arms.
