Mandy has been a pleasure to deal with.  There were some issues with the house that Mandy took upon herself to call building company for confirmation of warranty.  I usually have low trust with Real Estate Agents and have walked away from properties because of that, but Mandy was so lovely.  I have enjoyed the whole experience.
