We have given our business to Pam Court Realty for many years and its always a pleasure to deal with them. So when we went to sell our houses we found the agents in our area were not up to the standard we wanted so we called Mandy Watson at Pam Court Realty and asked if she would kindly sell our houses. One house was two hours away. Both houses were sold easily, beyond asking price and far above the quotes of other realtors. You cannot ask for a kinder person and she is highly professional. Thanks Mandy for selling both our homes, easily, well priced and with good buyers who were pleasant to deal with.

Normally, we choose real estate agent/s based on their performance, reviews, marketing strategy and commission rates. We ticked all these in the past and found out that they are not enough criteria. We are grateful to have solely engaged Pam Court Realty in the sale of our property in Mtn Creek. Our choice was based on our previous business affiliation with dearly departed Bob Court, professional & resilience of Pam Court and Mandy Court- Watson, who has been our dedicated agent during the campaign.
Call it our loyalty to Pam Court Realty, but we attributed our choice to Mandy‘s expertise, professionalism and her open communications with both seller and buyers . Most of all, Mandy has the innate ability to balance her contemporary marketing skills and the values/attachment to the sale of our “two - storey blue house “ as it’s known in the area. She has been respectful and sensitive to our circumstances.
Mandy went to an extraordinary effort to assist us beyond what was needed post sale of our property. Mandy has been positive on marketing our home from the very start up until these unprecedented times under COVID 19. We wish her and Pam Court Realty Team continued success.

After looking for a property in the Mountain Creek area for months on end and going to open homes every weekend, I found that most real estate agents have very little integrity & don’t want to listen to what you need & want in a home. With the short supply of homes & the massive amount of buyers on the coast I found it confronting that agents can do pretty much as they please. Finally after visiting an open home in Brightwater, I met Mandy, she ask me what I thought of this home? I replied "it’s a nice home but not in the area I want". Mandy asked what I want & where I want to live? She listened to every requirement I wanted & said I have a house coming onto the market, I will see if we can look at in on Monday. I had a look, put an offer in & it was accepted within 2 days. Mandy has been nothing but a pleasure to work with, visiting my home after hours for paperwork & also opening the home for anything. Nothing is to hard for this agent & I highly recommend her for the sale or purchase of your home . Great to see there is still some integrity in the real estate game .

Mandy and the team at Pam Court Realty did a fantastic job at selling our investment property, at its first open home and for list price. Given that it was an investment property, Mandy and the property management team were able to negotiate with the tenants to vacate the property and end the tenancy 9 months early, in order to make the sale happen. Mandy’s knowledge to tenants rights as well as landlords, was exceptional. We highly recommend Mandy to sell your property.

Mandy has been a great support in helping us sell our investment home as we are in NSW, and the property in QLD, she has handled everything we needed to do and she found a buyer within the 1st weekend of it going on the market which was very pleasing.
She is so professional and has always been upfront and informative, I would recommend Mandy to anyone wishing to sell or buy a property.

I had my property on the market with a leading real estate agent for over 6 months, without any success and started to lose faith. From the first interaction with Mandy, I identified straight away her professional approach was exactly what I had been looking for. Within 4 days on the market, not only did we have flooded interest but obtained a price that concluded the sale. Mandy is an exceptional real estate agent for Mountain Creek Qld and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for a sale within this suburb. Nothing was too difficult or out of her way. Exceptional service and definitely defines customer service and experience to a high level in my eyes.

I just purchased my first house, and being first house, I really had no idea of the process. I experienced many different agents, but I have to say Mandy was one of the best. She was friendly, understanding and made the whole process very enjoyable, as daunting as buying a house maybe. Was never pushy as some sales people can be, and just made the whole experience a great environment. If you buying a house, definitely recommend talking to Mandy.

After dealing with an out of area agent that convinced us to take our property to Auction and not knowing the local market pricing structure or benefits of living in the area we met with Mandy. From the moment we met her, there was no pressure to sign up. Mandy’s marketing campaign and commitment to putting her own money towards the campaign automatically told us she was committed to the sale of the property and that the price required to be achieved was correct and there was no trying to push us around on the $$. Mandy had not even completed new pictures for the new campaign and had buyers wanting to check the property out and had the property under contract within the first week of taking it over. We can’t speak highly enough about Mandy and the team at Pam Court and recommend that if you are selling in Mountain Creek to use Pam Court. Go local, thanks Pam Court!

We were wanting a local agent for our property in Mountain Creek. We shopped around for our agent and we found that Pam Court Realty and Mandy Watson were by far the best agents in the area based on knowledge and sales history. We had a situation where our property was tenanted and we were having problems with the tenants allowing inspections. Mandy kept us in the loop with how the relationship with the tenants were increasingly improving due to persistence and thoroughness to get the ideal outcome for us as the seller. We decided to move back into the property to ensure that we were able to present the property up to our high standards and Mandy was then able to sell the property within 5 weeks. We highly recommend Mandy to anyone selling in the region and would like to thank her for all of her hard work!

The real estate game has to some garnered a reputation of sharks and sheer greed and ruthlessness that can make somewhat the buying and selling experience either a nightmare or something you only feel like ever wanting to address once. There are in the industry unfortunately agencies and agents that have made this reputation unfortunate for agents who are descent and still hold old school ethics and values when it comes to buying and selling. With Mandy Watson and the team from Pam Court Realty I can personally testify that they are true to there values and ethics in all aspects of the property game. I personally have bought property through there agency and just recently sold a property, 7 Honeymyrtle court with Mandy Watson being my agent for the listing. I was lucky to have Mandy looking after my listing and couldn't have asked for a better result. Her communication and consideration in all aspects of sale were second to none. She will be the only agent I intend to deal with in the future for buying and selling in the Mountain Creek area as the ease that is created in dealing with someone who has honesty, good old school ethics and values is something one can not put a price on.
