After looking for a property in the Mountain Creek area for months on end and going to open homes every weekend, I found that most real estate agents have very little integrity & don’t want to listen to what you need & want in a home. With the short supply of homes & the massive amount of buyers on the coast I found it confronting that agents can do pretty much as they please. Finally after visiting an open home in Brightwater, I met Mandy, she ask me what I thought of this home? I replied "it’s a nice home but not in the area I want". Mandy asked what I want & where I want to live? She listened to every requirement I wanted & said I have a house coming onto the market, I will see if we can look at in on Monday. I had a look, put an offer in & it was accepted within 2 days. Mandy has been nothing but a pleasure to work with, visiting my home after hours for paperwork & also opening the home for anything. Nothing is to hard for this agent & I highly recommend her for the sale or purchase of your home . Great to see there is still some integrity in the real estate game .
